Heineken® 0.0 is a non-alcoholic beer brewed by Heineken N.V. in the Netherlands. Introduced in 2017, it was developed to provide consumers with a beer that delivers the familiar Heineken taste without the alcohol content. Unlike traditional beers where alcohol is removed post-fermentation, Heineken® 0.0 is brewed from scratch using a unique recipe that includes water, malted barley, hop extract, and Heineken’s proprietary A-Yeast. After brewing, the alcohol is gently removed through vacuum distillation, and the beer is then blended with natural flavorings to achieve its characteristic taste.

The result is a refreshing lager with fruity and fresh malt notes, a light body, and a perfectly balanced flavor. It pours a clear, golden color with a moderate white head, offering aromas of malty cereal notes and subtle fruity esters. On the palate, Heineken® 0.0 delivers a light-bodied, crisp flavor with a delicate balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness, leading to a clean, slightly bitter finish.
